It was founded by Celestino Gonzalez, Teodoro Garcia, Gregorio Alvarez, Asier Boveda, and Armando Pereira. The company was incorporated in the year 2009 and has a registered business headquarters located in Pinto in Spain. The company supplies main steel products which are classified as under carbon, half carbon, for docks, for cementar, bonificables, and of easy mechanization. It produces steel with major chemical compositions (low carbon, medium carbon, spring steel, steel for cement, steel for subsidized, and cutting steel) as well as national standards, supplies, resistors (N/mm2), mechanical, and treatments.
